This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of The Single Source Solution® ("we", "our" or "us") on the collection, use and disclosure of your information on (the "Site") and the services, features, content or applications we offer (collectively with the Site, the "Services"). Information We Collect About You 

In order to provide services on our Site, we may require you to provide certain personal information to us. This includes identifying information, such as your name, address, contact information, and intentions to acquire goods and services.  We also collect autonomous, non-personally identifiable information through the Site, including the Internet Protocol (IP) address(es) from which you access the Site and information about the nature of your use of the Site. 

When you access and use the Site, we automatically collect some information, through certain web technologies such as “cookies,” regarding your computer usage and store it in log files. This information includes your internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, language, the content of any undeleted cookies that your browser previously accepted from us, the referring Site address, click stream data, the length of your visit, the number of times your accessed the Site, the pages your accessed, and other similar information. We use this unidentifiable information to analyze trends, to administer the Site, to track users’ movements around the Site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. When you use certain features of the Site, in particular our mobile applications we may receive, store and process different types of information about your location, including general information (e.g., IP address, zip code) and more specific information (e.g., GPS-based functionality on mobile devices used to access the Site). If you access the Site through a mobile device and you do not want your device to provide us with location-tracking information, you can disable the GPS or other location-tracking functions on your device, provided your device allows you to do this. See your device manufacturer's instructions for further details.  We collect statistical information about how users, collectively use the Services.  This type of aggregate data enables us to figure out how users are using the Services or how the Services are delivered.  As part of this information, we may provide aggregate information to our partners about how our users, customers, third party vendors use the Services or benefit from the Services.

The information you provide, including, without limitation, your profile information, search criteria, user name, email, and address, may be used to facilitate and provide the services for you and transactions within the Services. This may include, without limitation, sharing your personal information with potential landlords, agents, hotel providers, or property managers, as applicable to your request for Services; and if you are a Provider, we may also share your personal information (such as name, listing address, etc.) to potential customers or clients in connection with the Services.

By providing information to us, you are representing that you are authorized to disclose such information in the manner and for the purposes being disclosed.  You agree to indemnify and hold us, and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the information you disclose to us.

We may aggregate and create non-personal information we collect under any of the circumstances described above by excluding information that makes the data personally identifiable to you.  We may share this aggregated and non-personal information with third parties and our affiliates in relation to our marketing efforts, Site improvement and enrich our products and services. We reserve the right to share aggregated and non-personal information with third parties, including advisors, advertisers and investors, for the purpose of conducting general business analysis. 

Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, we do not disclose or release your personal information to third parties without your consent; provided that, to the extent permitted by law, we may use or disclose personal information: (a) as may be required by law (b) to perform payment verifications, debt reporting or collection, or to otherwise protect the our rights or property; (c) to enforce our policies, (d) protect anyone’s rights, property or safety, or (e) in connection with a substantial corporate transaction, such as the sale of our business, a divestiture, merger, consolidation, or asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy or liquidation.  We have the right to disclose and transfer user lists and related personally identifiable information in connection with any merger, sale or contemplated sale of all or part of our business related to the Site and to treat such information as a business asset in the event of bankruptcy or liquidation


From time to time we may notify you of special promotions, new products or services, or other information that may interest you. We may do so using either the email, phone number, or the mailing addresses you provided to us. By submitting information to us through the forms provided on the Site, you consent to our placing your email address or contact phone numbers on our “opt-in” list. Should you not wish to receive this type of information, you shall have the ability to opt out of such communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe option available in each email communication or otherwise notifying us that you would like to opt-out. Unless otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell or share e-mail addresses with third parties for their promotional or commercial purposes. We may use your e-mail address to contact you with respect to an order or inquiry you make on the Site or for other purposes set forth above. Security Features

We consider protection of your personal information a high priority.   We use industry standard security methods such as firewalls, encryption and system access controls.  Unfortunately, there is no perfect security when using the internet and we do not guarantee that our Site is impenetrable or invulnerable to hackers or other security breaches.  

Technologies We Use to Collect Information About You

When you visit the Site, we place a text file called a “cookie” in the browser directory of your computer’s hard drive to facilitate access to our Site and to personalize your online experience. A cookie is a small piece of information that a Site can store on your web browser and later retrieve. Cookies contain non-personally identifiable information about the user and only identify the user’s computer. You can most likely set your browser’s options not to accept cookies, but this may prevent you from accessing all of the features of the Site.

We track your activities if you click on advertisements for Airbnb services on third party platforms such as search engines and social networks, and may use analytics to track what you do in response to those advertisements.

We also work with third-party companies, including Google, that use tracking technologies to serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet.
